Google Listing Care is monthly upkeep of one location's Google Business Profile. In the first month, Vector Index AI brings your profile up to date and replies to your reviews from roughly the last six to twelve months. Each month after that, we reply to your new reviews and keep the listing current.
$297 a month for one location, paid in advance by card. No contract. Cancel any time.
After you pay, we email you the steps to add us as a manager on your Google profile. Nothing starts until you do. If you cancel before then, we refund your first payment in full.
Your first month
- Your profile, brought up to date. Photos you send us or approve, plus your description, hours, services and service area.
- Your recent reviews, answered. We reply to your reviews from roughly the last six to twelve months.
- A review request for your customers. We write a short message with your Google review link for you to send to every customer.
- A before-and-after note at the end of the month, so you can see what changed.
Every month after that
- We reply to your new reviews.
- We keep your profile current: photos you send or approve, holiday hours, and any change to your services you tell us about.
- You get a short note of what we did that month.
What you do
- Add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. We send you the steps, and we never ask for your Google password.
- Send the review request to every customer.
- Tell us when something changes, like your hours, your services or a photo worth adding.
How we handle your reviews
- A person at Vector Index approves every reply before it posts.
- Review requests follow Google's rules: the same message and the same link to every customer, no incentives, no asking only your happy customers, and no suggested wording.
What we promise, and what we don't
We promise the work. That means an up-to-date profile, a reply to every new review, and a review request ready to send to every customer. Google decides rankings and your customers decide whether to leave a review, so we don't promise a map position, a number of reviews or a number of calls.

One location, paid monthly in advance by card, with no contract. Cancel any time and the next month isn't charged. If you cancel before you've added us as a manager, we refund your first payment in full; after that, a month already started isn't refunded.
