Terms
The short version: we measure and report honestly, we do not guarantee outcomes we cannot control, and you can get your money back at any point before we start.
What we sell
Measurement, analysis and advice about how AI assistants describe and recommend businesses, We are a marketing services provider. Implementation of the resulting recommendations is not yet offered for sale.
What we do not promise
- No ranking or placement guarantees. AI answers vary between runs and are controlled by third parties. Anyone promising a position is promising something they do not control.
- No traffic or revenue guarantees.
- No promise of a Wikipedia page, which depends on notability criteria we do not control.
- No legal, medical, financial or tax advice. We do not write clinical or legal advice content, including for clients in those fields. We market the practice; we do not put words in a professional's mouth about their own discipline.
Scope and timing
Orders placed from 8 September 2026 are for the API Evidence Edition of the $750 audit. It covers one brand, one main site and one market. You get 25 approved questions, repeated four times on each of two named API engines, and evidence from your home page and up to nine further public pages. The written report carries three prioritized decisions with the wording or change specification for each. You can ask up to ten follow-up questions within 14 days of delivery, answered from the evidence in the report, and a 90-day recheck repeats five of the original questions four times each on the same two engines. It's delivered in writing. It doesn't include a call or a consumer-app check, and it measures API answers under recorded conditions rather than the ChatGPT app or Google AI Overviews.
Delivery takes five business days from your reserved start date, once intake and the approved question set are complete. Intake is due two business days before the start, and that date is shown before you pay. If intake arrives after it, the start is released and you are offered the next open week; your purchase is unaffected. Implementation work is not yet offered for sale. When it is, its scope, timing and payment terms will be stated on the audit page and in the order. Extra work requires written scope and price approval. Existing purchased scopes remain as agreed, including any earlier audit that was sold with a call and a consumer-surface check.
Refunds
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you submit your intake form. There is no time limit on this. Submitting your intake form is what starts the audit and commits the sampling spend we pay for on your behalf, and that is stated on the form before you submit it. After that point the sale is final.
Your purchase does not expire. If you buy an audit and submit your intake form six months later, we honour it. No re-purchase, no questions. We will re-run our checks fresh at that point rather than using stale data.
Separately, and at our own discretion: if we cannot produce a meaningful finding or a usable baseline for you, we will refund you before you have to ask.
Your data and your results
The report we produce is yours. Use it, share it, hand it to another provider. We will not ask you to sign anything preventing that.
We will not use your name, logo or results in anything public without asking you first, in writing, for that specific use.
Working with more than one client in a category
Most of what we do is not exclusive and does not become worse because we also do it for someone else. Where a piece of work genuinely is finite, we will tell you before you buy rather than after. If exclusivity in your category matters to you, say so early and we will have that conversation honestly instead of implying something we have not agreed to.
Ending it
New monthly agreements may be ended by either side with 30 days notice. Existing signed agreements retain their agreed terms. The written order defines billing, deliverables and any separately approved changes.
